1. GENERAL
What payment options do you accept?
We accept credit cards from Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay as well.
Do the prices on the website include taxes?
Taxes are not included in the prices mentioned on the website. When you place your order, sales tax (if applicable) will be computed on the total value of the product, as well as shipping charges, and displayed on your Order Summary page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you change your opinion about what you bought, contact us support@levents.us and include your order number as well as the adjustment you want to make. We will notify you once the change or cancellation has been made.Your order can only be canceled or amended within 02 hours after being placed. After that, the order is locked for processing and cannot be canceled or changed.

Why is an item I ordered displayed on my invoice as "Refunded" or "Cancelled"?
While we make every attempt to fulfill your whole purchase, we may need to cancel one or more items due to inventory availability on rare occasions.
If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to out-of-stock products, you will be notified via email and refunded for the unshipped item(s).

To which countries do you ship?
We currently only ship to the United States.
What should I do if one of my goods arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please process a return at our Return Page or contact us as soon as possible at support@levents.us.
Please keep all of the tags, labels and bags when process returning.
What should I do if the shipping address I supplied is incorrect?
If you made an error in your mailing address, please email support@levents.us as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that we will only be able to change your mailing address before your product ships. Our policy for incorrect address could be found at Shipping Policy Page.
My tracking number indicates that my item should have arrived by now, but I have yet to get it. What should I do?
Please verify all possible delivery locations (community mailbox, front desk of an apartment complex, neighbor's house). If your order has not been located, please contact us at support@levents.us and we will assist you as soon as possible.

What is your return policy for purchased items?

I received my order, but one of the items I ordered does not fit; may I exchange it?
We only accept refunds and do not allow exchanges. If you want to exchange one or more products from your order, you can do so first by returning the item(s) and then placing a new order for the preferred item(s).
When will I get my refund for my online return?
Refunds are processed within 14 business days from when we receive the items in our warehouse.
