Worldview for Employee

A company cannot develop long-term and sustainably without excellent human resources. As a result, thorough human resource development is always one of Levents®'s main goals.

Levents® recently held an internal training course on the theme of "Life perspective for working people - Self-leadership."
The following are the primary topics covered in the training session:
1. The significance of life perspective in life. Why must there be a life outlook on life? How to create a life perspective?
2. What factors contribute to an employee's worth? Recognizing competence, character, and ethics
3. How to market your own worth within the organization.
4. The topic of self-leadership. Take charge of your destiny.
5. Two critical principles in the development of culture. Psychological safety and bravery.

Based on the foundation of creating a life perspective, this training strives to strengthen each employee's leadership abilities.
Levents® was delighted to accompany and listen to expert Hoang Manh Hai, who has more than 30 years of experience, including many years in managerial roles at global businesses, throughout this session. Abbott Danone, Nestle, Coca-Cola, and Vietnam Brewery are among the corporations involved. He is currently a lecturer at PACE Institute of Management, where he oversees international leadership programs such as Leadership at the Speed of Trust, Four Leadership Roles (Franklin Covey), and Situational Leadership (Ken Blanchard).

This is an effective way for each person to contribute to the company's progress and, more significantly, to their own future.
